PK Rück is now targeting smaller pension funds and offering selected services to customers without insurance. We have developed a marketing concept to support this expansion. As part of our strategic consultancy work, we held a joint workshop to refine the product offering and sales processes. This involved conducting a SWOT analysis and evaluating the current and target situations, target groups and touchpoints.

Word gets around
Building on this insight, we developed separate storylines for internal and external communications, as well as a communication strategy. With the message in place, we moved on to execution. We designed and animated a video, created sales pitch guides, produced social media posts and developed assets for trade fairs, including the stand, promotional items, adverts and digital communications.
