SIX

Holograms for the Financial World

How can you capture someone's attention in just 15 seconds? By offering something relevant straight away instead of using buzzwords. For SIX, we found the format that works best.

SIX required new videos for their social media awareness campaign. While these had to match the existing campaign stylistically, they also needed to have a more targeted focus on three B2B audiences: financial service professionals, executives at privately held companies, and payment decision-makers at banks and businesses. Our task was to create three videos that would clearly communicate these complex topics in just a few seconds.

Fewer words, bigger impact.

We started with a simple question: How can we explain abstract financial topics without making it a feature-length lecture? Our ideas ranged from lightning-fast expert interviews to clean typographic animations. The winning concept was the hologram overlay, adding a new visual layer that makes key messages easier to grasp. Each video features someone standing in front of virtual selection panels. There is no voice-over or technical explanations, just clear messaging and intuitive decision paths.

Post-production starts with the script

For the production stage, we teamed up with TYMA. Together, we developed a hologram style that aligns with the brand, refined the storylines, created the storyboards, and conducted the casting.

Every detail of the shoot at the studio in Zurich was planned meticulously – if a finger didn't point precisely at the overlay or the angle was off, the effect would be ruined. Post-production with the VFX experts from RoliDeluxe was just as thorough. Every frame was fine-tuned — paused, shifted and corrected — until the timing, posture and gaze alignment were perfect.

The three videos are primarily shown on LinkedIn, where SIX reaches its professional audience. Fifteen seconds is short. But if you use that time to speak directly to your audience instead of around them, it’s more than enough.
