Michel was thinking outside the box before the box was even invented. Even as a child, he often loved to demonstrate his passion for football in the living room rather than on the pitch. But it’s after he got out of college that things got real. He started an agency with his friends and plunged into everything at once: consulting, design, development and communication. Because outside the box, where Michel feels most comfortable, there aren’t any strict labels. So, he founds his own agency in 2009. A place where creators and consultants can exchange roles for a bit without everyone losing their minds over it. Here at Sergeant, he gives free rein to ideas without ever losing sight of them. And he makes sure there aren’t any boxes for anyone to get stuck in.
