How Franzi manages again and again to give projects a sparkling makeover borders on magic. She discovered her passion as a child in southern Germany, where she used to carefully redesign her sloppy school notes as soon as she got home. She later honed her craft studying communication design, which led her to a design internship in Zurich. Here, she got enchanted herself: by Lake Zurich and the endearing Swiss quirk of pouring melted cheese over food. Today she’s Head of Creative at Sergeant, overlooking projects with outrageous talent and a sharp eye. The same eyes that turn soft whenever a dog gets into her field of vision. Or the minute someone whispers the three magic words that still manage to cast a spell over her: "I. made. Fondue".
